Bustling, long-running souq founded in the 19th century, with local food & handicrafts stalls.
A very historical place in the heart of the old city, it was build in the ottoman Empire period and the name came from the name of the sultan Abdülhamid. A very beautiful and diverse market. You can find things that reflect heritage and authenticity. I loved the smell of the spices. The place is very crowded, but I recommend visiting it
The environment is packed always with people. You can find good deals and security is excellent. One thing i ask for it to be organized instead of people bumping into each other like uncivilized, have some walking traffic control.
