The hotel is very nice and nice service and perfect location, but the reception guy his name is Ali is a liar he lie to the guest of hotel for any questions to ask him and he is not kind with the guest and he didn’t want to give us a room for his personal reasons

Definitely it's not a 5 star resort 3 stars are more than enough You pay too much but you do not get what you pay for Very bad experience will never repeat it. For the money I paid I would have go to Turkey had more fun
